Your 5 rings analysis pretty much nails the systems in my opinion. I would add former President Jimmy Carter under the Leadership ring as he can influence Democratic Party Opinions. As for the desired effects Rush appears to be trying to achieve only one. The one he has stated.... create Chaos. By that I mean he wants the Democratic Party to appear dis-organized, everybody is going in their own direction, no single unified party response. The democrats are trying to be all things to all people. This violates John's Cardinal rule of defend all-loose all. Next Rush's HOW part of the Strategy framework is very parralle....by Broadcasting he is reaching a lot of people at once. Rush needs to be careful about asking people to lie to poll workers that can blow up in his face by trying to game the system instead of giving a Presidential election the dignity it deserves.
